I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself and tell you about my extensive real estate background in the Sacramento area. 

I have been a licensed realtor for the past 49 years and have resided in Sacramento since 1951.  In 1972, I became a licensed real estate broker.  Currently I am the sole owner of GBC Realtors, founded in 1974.  During my career, I have sold and marketed hundreds of properties.

A member of the Sacramento, California and National Association of Realtors, I hold the National Professional designation of G.R.I.  Through the Sacramento Association of Realtors, I have received numerous commendations for excellent service and in 2005 was selected as Realtor of the Year.

Because of my commitment to the real estate profession and my outstanding reputation in the Sacramento area, I am frequently requested to teach both novice and experienced realtors how to effectively list and market residential real estate.  I feel honored and privileged to have served as a member on the Sacramento Professional Standards Panel of SAR.  Because of my expertise, I have been retained as an expert witness by various law firms in Sacramento.
